Badger is the first Montenegrin high-tech hardware startup with a patented wearable device designed for the event industry- transforming how people connect and exchange contacts at conferences, trade fairs, and business gatherings.
The Badger is a smart system that collects and distributes data, enabling better content control and smarter decision-making across events.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and independent person to support the founder and help coordinate the day-to-day operations of our fast-growing startup.
Your role includes:
- Providing operational and administrative support to the founder
- Coordinating meetings, timelines, internal processes, and communication with partners
- Supporting the creation and tracking of business plans, reports, and analyses
- Assisting in the organization of team activities, logistics, and event operations
- Communicating with external partners, legal and accounting advisors, and collaborators
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business or administrative support, management, operations, or similar roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick, smart decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Bonus: degree in management, economics, or a related field

The Badger je sistem koji upravlja podacima i distribuira ih omogucujuci bolju kontrolu sadrzaja u events industriji.
U potrazi smo za organizovanom, proaktivnom i samostalnom osobom koja će biti desna ruka osnivaču i koja će imati ključnu ulogu u koordinaciji svakodnevnih poslovnih aktivnosti startapa.
Tvoja uloga:
- Pružaš operativnu i administrativnu podršku osnivaču u vođenju kompanije
- Koordiniraš sastanke, rokove, interne procese i komunikaciju sa partnerima
- Učestvuješ u izradi i praćenju poslovnih planova, izvještaja i analiza
- Pomažeš u organizaciji timskih aktivnosti, događaja i logistike
- Sarađuješ sa eksternim saradnicima, pravnicima, knjigovođama i partnerima
Šta očekujemo:
- Minimum 2 godine radnog iskustva u poslovnoj ili administrativnoj podršci, menadžmentu, operacijama ili sličnim pozicijama
- Izuzetne organizacione i komunikacione vještine
- Sposobnost samostalnog rada i donošenja odluka u dinamičnom okruženju
- Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika
- Prednost: diploma iz menadžmenta, ekonomije ili srodnih oblasti
