Job description:
- Provide complete care for key customers, maintain and expand long-term relationships with business partners
- Fulfilling of the KPIs of the company sales plan
- In cooperation with the marketing department prepare marketing activities, promo materials for our customersand participate in product pricing
- Review new products,monitor product presentation in stores, evaluate business statistics, complete and design solutions to expand the product range
- Develop solutions that best match the needs of business partners
- Cooperate with colleagues from different departments like Customer Service, Customer Fulfillment, Credit & Collection, Marketing, etc.
Requirements:
- Min. high school education - technical field preferred
- Fluent Montenegrin/Serbian speaker with fluency in English
- Several years of proven working experience in key account positions
- Experience in the area of Traditional Trade DIY, FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce is an advantage
- Good presentation skills, MS Office for analytic tasks needed
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Understanding of sales strategy, budgeting, planning and priorities setting
