To support their further expansion in Central and Southeast Europe, we are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager – IT & Digital Transformation who will lead growth initiatives, strengthen the company’s market presence, and inspire a high-performing team in Montenegro.
About the Role
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading the company’s operations and growth across the region. You’ll combine commercial vision, leadership, and delivery excellence to position our client as a trusted partner in IT infrastructure and business applications. Working closely with executive management and key clients, you’ll shape strategies that ensure sustainable success and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the business strategy and growth roadmap
• Lead, mentor, and develop a motivated and results-oriented team
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and quality outcomes
• Drive new business initiatives and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in IT infrastructure and enterprise applications to enhance service offerings
• Responsible for revenue growth and cost management and ensure business performance meets strategic goals
Your Profile
• Proven experience in business development and/or leadership within the IT industry
• Strong commercial mindset with a history of driving revenue growth and building partnerships
• Experience in managing business units or regional operations
• Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
