Position Overview
Lazure Hotel & Marina is seeking a friendly and service-oriented
Beach Bar Hostess to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a memorable beachside experience – from greeting and handling reservations to providing information and support throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and manage reservations and requests.
- Coordinate with the food & beverage team to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the beach bar supervisor and manager in shift duties when required.
- Communicate efficiently with supervisors about daily operations and guest needs.
- Monitor activities at the beach bar and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee setup and presentation of the beach bar, ensuring a flawless appearance.
- Introduce guests to the menu and assist with food and beverage recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English (additional languages are a plus).
- Polite, professional, and with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work shifts in a lively and dynamic environment.
