Position Overview
Lazure Hotel & Marina is seeking a reliable and professional
Security Supervisor to join our team in Herceg Novi. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations of the Security Control Center, as well as monitoring and coordinating the work of an external security agency. The Security Supervisor ensures that the highest standards of safety and protection are consistently maintained for our guests, employees, and property.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of the Security Control Center, including surveillance and incident response.
- Oversee and coordinate the performance of the external security agency, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
- Monitor and control property access, including employee entrances, guest verification, and delivery handling.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and critical situations, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment, fire exits, and evacuation routes.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of incidents, observations, and irregularities.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration between hotel departments and external security staff.
- Train, guide, and support security personnel to uphold professional standards.
- Attend departmental meetings and ensure alignment with hotel policies and legal requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Security Manager or Hotel Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid security guard license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the security field.
- Secondary school diploma (SSS).
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with people and maintain professional communication.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and reliability.
