Job Description
Baguetteria, a boutique bakery within Lazure Hotel & Marina, is looking for an
Assistant Head Baker who is eager to learn, grow, and be part of a modern production concept.
We are seeking a candidate with basic bakery experience and the ambition to further develop their skills by working alongside an experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head Baker in daily organization and production
- Assist in the preparation and production of breads, pastries, and viennoiserie
- Work with doughs and participate in fermentation and baking processes
- Ensure quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are consistently met
- Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of the workspace
- Actively learn and apply professional baking techniques
Qualifications
- Experience in a bakery, kitchen, or similar environment
- Basic knowledge of dough handling is an advantage
- Motivation to learn and develop professionally
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and good organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a professional work attitude
- Willingness to work early shifts and flexible hours
