The Junior Sommelier at Tapasake is responsible for assisting in curating and managing the wine list, ensuring an exceptional wine experience for guests through thoughtful recommendations and pairings. This role involves working closely with the Head Sommelier to maintain inventory, oversee wine storage, and educate guests about the diverse selection of wines available. The Junior Sommelier also plays a key role in delivering excellent service during wine service, helping to elevate the overall dining experience at this contemporary tapas and sushi restaurant.
