Key Responsibilities:
- Create 1 long-form video and 2 YouTube shorts weekly, ensuring high-quality content
- Design engaging thumbnails for longer videos to attract viewers
- Edit and optimize video content, including sound, visuals, and SEO for YouTube visibility
- Research topics related to English language & literature and contribute to content ideas
- Write clear, engaging scripts for your videos
- Attend weekly meetings to discuss feedback, ideas, and progress
- Deliver content on time, maintaining a consistent output
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for video production and content creation
- Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar software
- Strong English language skills (high to native level required)
- Comfortable and confident appearing on camera in videos and reels (mandatory)
- Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to accept constructive feedback
- Prior experience with YouTube or video recording/editing is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality content consistently
