Role Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead our team at The Living Room Lounge & Dining. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Podgorica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, and sales growth, ensuring The Living Room maintains its reputation as one of Podgorica’s top dining and event destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality standards
- Lead and inspire the team, fostering a culture of excellence and hospitality
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences, handling feedback and resolving issues proactively
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Maintain high food and beverage quality standards, working closely with the culinary team
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold brand values and service excellence
- Manage inventory, budgets, and cost control efficiently
- Coordinate and oversee special events, ensuring seamless execution and premium service
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant and bar management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Knowledge of food & beverage operations and industry trends
- Ability to train and motivate staff, driving performance and guest satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or a related field
- Fluent Montenegrian and English language
