Job Summary
The Property Management and Rental Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management operations and rental activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and financial goals are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, and have a thorough understanding of property management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management
• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Develop and implement property maintenance and inspection schedules to ensure properties remain in optimal condition.
• Monitor property performance, ensuring tenant satisfaction and addressing concerns or complaints promptly.
Rental Management
• Screen and approve tenant applications, ensuring a thorough vetting process.
• Collect rent, track payments, and address delinquent accounts when necessary.
Team Leadership
• Supervise and support property management staff, including leasing agents and maintenance teams.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
• Knowledge of the English language
• Proven ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
