We need a Recruitment Lead to join our team to help achieve our recruiting goals, including attracting top talent quickly and leaving a positive impression on candidates.
Tasks to be solved:
- Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy. Anticipate hiring needs and optimize processes to support efficient growth.
- Ensure continuous recruitment growth in the company.
- Ensure that the recruitment team is made up of only the most capable and qualified employees.
- Ensure that changes to the company's recruitment function as needed.
- Provide the company with the best internal, cross-team, and unified recruitment processes and tools.
- Ensure that recruitment within the company is measurable. Utilise analytics to inform and drive hiring decisions. Share insights and leverage metrics to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Contribute to the growth of hiring competencies among hiring managers.
- Contribute to the development of quality hiring values in the company.
- Inspire our recruiting team. Provide them with one-on-one coaching and support their professional development to enhance their skills and performance.
- Actively recruit for key positions, demonstrating best practices and setting a high standard for the team.
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
- Successful experience coordinating a talent acquisition team in gamedev/IT companies.
- A deep understanding of the game development industry, including knowledge of game engines, game platforms, programming languages, and industry-specific roles.
- An analytical approach that always considers the data when making decisions.
- Experience in designing and implementing recruitment processes from scratch.
- Experience in international hiring.
- A huge pool of contacts and connections in the gamedev/IT industry.
- The ability to work as a hands-on recruiter capable of identifying and attracting top talent.
- Fluent command of English.
- Experience working with a fast-growing organization with competing priorities.
- A proactive, focused, and goal-oriented character and possess a strong can-do attitude.
