🌿 About the Role
As an Event Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Head Event Planner to ensure each event is flawlessly executed and beautifully designed. This role requires creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and managing luxury weddings and events, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and expectations.
- Event Design: Collaborate on event themes, décor, and layouts to create elegant and unique designs tailored to each client.
- Vendor Coordination: Source and liaise with top-tier vendors, including florists, caterers, and entertainers, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the planning process.
- Budget Management: Support in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and negotiating with vendors to maximize value.
- On-Site Event Management: Assist in overseeing event setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop engaging posts showcasing Adriatic Events' work, highlighting our services, and connecting with our audience across social platforms.

- A creative and detail-oriented individual with a flair for design.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation.
- Knowledge of the English language is essential.
- Previous experience in event planning or design is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Flexibility and availability to work long hours during the busy season (Apr–October).
