Nu Steel House is seeking a Sales Manager with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach to expand our steel house and tiny house projects in Montenegro. This leadership role involves identifying and capitalizing on both individual and corporate sales opportunities, developing strategies, and effectively representing our company in the field.
Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage relationships with property and landowners throughout Montenegro, overseeing the sales process.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with potential clients to close sales.
• Develop new sales channels and expand the existing portfolio.
• Create and implement project-based sales strategies.
• Communicate effectively with visitors to the showroom and sales office.
• Prepare reports and strive to meet sales targets.
• Stay updated on current developments in the land and real estate markets.
• Collaborate with marketing and project development teams.
Qualifications:
• Resident of Montenegro, preferably in Podgorica.
• Proficient in English and Montenegrin; knowledge of Turkish is a plus.
• Experience in real estate and land sales, with a strong understanding of regional dynamics.
• Possesses an existing portfolio and sales network; well-known in the industry.
• Assertive, active, energetic, and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• University graduate, preferably in business, sales, marketing, or related fields.
• Project management skills and strategic thinking abilities.
• Enjoys fieldwork, proactive, and hardworking.
• Proficient in reporting, presentations, and basic digital tools.
