LEADER CORPORATE & AFFINITY DIGITALIZATION (m/f/d)
You will:
- Develop and implement the digitalization strategy for C&A insurance services across the region
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital initiatives
- Guide data collection, trend analysis, and feedback processes to assess digitalization progress
- Evaluate existing C&A processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation
- Drive change management initiatives to support adoption of new digital tools and systems
- Oversee the integration of digital solutions with current infrastructure and platforms
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, data protection, and cybersecurity requirements
- Proactively identify digitalization risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Lead a regional agile project team, fostering collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement
- Design and implement training programs; conduct regular performance and development reviews
- Promote ongoing improvement by leveraging user feedback and performance insights
- Collaborate in all relevant Group and inter-company projects, as required by the organization

You have:
- A bachelor's degree in business management, or in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar managerial role
- Experience in leading digital transformations and implementing digital solutions to optimize corporate and affinity efforts
- Strong strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with focus on managing digitalization projects from initiation to completion, on time and within budget
- Leadership potential and ability to motivate teams
- Forward thinking, results driven and strategic change agent
- An excellent command of English language
