Office Specialist for our Podgorica office to play an integral part in helping to create a great workplace experience, emphasized by EPAM’s core values. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day office operations and reception
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance
- Handle correspondence, calls, mail, and document flow
- Assist with bookings (taxis, hotels, meals) and local logistics
- Coordinate with shared services (HR, IT, Finance, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and office safety standards
Requirements
- Experience in office administration, facility coordination, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience
- Familiarity with service-oriented processes and maintaining a customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and service-minded attitude
- English level B1+ (written and spoken)
