Job Description: BedBankGlobal is seeking an experienced Hotel Contract Manager to join our DMC office in Budva, Montenegro. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in travel agency operations, excellent English language skills, and extensive experience with hotels. This role requires proficiency in driving and expertise in both agency and hotel channel manager software.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and negotiate contracts with hotels to ensure competitive rates and conditions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and local travel agencies.
- Monitor market trends to identify new contract and partnership opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all contractual agreements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
- Provide regular reports on contract performance and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the travel agency industry.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with hotels.
- Ability to drive (valid driver’s license required).
- Strong familiarity with agency and hotel channel manager software.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
