Key Responsibilities
- Teaching core subjects: mathematics, reading, writing, and other essential disciplines according to elementary school standards
- Preparing curricula, materials, and activities tailored to the age characteristics and needs of students
- Assessing and testing to monitor student progress, analysing results, and making adjustments to the educational process
- Adapting teaching methods for students with various educational needs
- Regular communication with parents about their children's progress and needs, holding parent meetings and consultations
- Actively participating in the organisation and conduct of school events, festivals, and excursions
- Strict adherence to school policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene rules
Candidate Requirements
- Higher education in elementary education
- Preference for candidates with experience teaching in primary schools
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both students and their parents
- Knowledge of child psychology fundamentals and the ability to apply this knowledge to support and develop students
- Proficiency in teaching reading and writing methodologies, ability to develop literacy skills in students
