Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Chef de Partie to join our talented culinary team at Lazure Hotel & Marina. As CDP, you will lead your section with precision and care, ensuring every dish is prepared to the highest standard of quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking dishes according to defined recipes and standards
- Leading your section and coordinating junior staff when necessary
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety protocols are strictly followed
- Contributing to menu development and improving existing dishes
- Monitoring inventory levels and managing ingredients for your station
- Collaborating closely with the rest of the kitchen and service teams
- Supporting training and onboarding of new team members
- Communicating efficiently with supervisors and related departments
