Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role based in Podgorica. The Key Account Manager will manage and grow strategic relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, clinics, and institutions, to ensure strong product presence and long-term partnerships. Daily responsibilities include developing account plans, monitoring performance against targets, and identifying new opportunities to expand MEY Pharm’s portfolio with key accounts. The role involves regular customer visits, presenting product information and clinical data, addressing inquiries, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, medical, and supply chain to ensure high service levels. The Key Account Manager will also analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business decisions and improve account strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Key Accounts skills, with experience managing strategic customers and building long-term partnerships.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to interpret data, forecast performance, and develop effective account strategies.
- Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and understanding customer needs.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sector is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree is an advantage).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present clinical and commercial information clearly.
- High level of organization, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in relevant office and CRM software, and a valid driver’s license for customer visits as needed.
