JUGOPETROL AD, member of HelleniQ Energy Group, the main supplier of oil products in Montenegro, whose main activities include wholesale and retail of oil products, advertises a need for engagement in the position:

Procurement Officer

Job Description

· Participates in the activities related to procurement of services and goods, materials, equipment, tools or similar;

· Participates in the preparation of tender documentation in line with legislation and maintains the database of suppliers and prices;

· Responsible for selection of products for purchase based on testing, monitoring or inspection of individual items;

· Maintains supply records consisting of the procured items or services, their prices, transportation costs and quality or performance;

· As necessary, involved in the communication with inspection in relation to defective or unacceptable goods or services.

Candidate Requirements and Competencies

· Preferably university degree in economics, management, technology or similar;

· Preferably work experience in the same or similar positions;

· Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;

· Developed analytical skills, attention to detail and quality;

· Expressed abilities for teamwork;

· Professional working proficiency in English;

· Excellent level of PC skills.
