About the Position
The Finance Manager is responsible for maintaining financial control across several operational departments, ensuring accurate reporting, monitoring payments, optimizing costs, and enforcing financial standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple financial processes simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Monitor all incoming and outgoing payments related to bookings, maintenance, and company services
- Track and control income, expenses, and financial transactions
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc financial reports
- Collect, register, and forward invoices and financial documentation
- Calculate and process employee and owner payouts according to company procedures
- Work closely with the Accounting department and support payment processing when required
- Establish, implement, and maintain financial standards and controls
Rental & Management Operations
- Maintain and update internal deposit records
- Manage financial tracking sheets for internal and external service deposits
- Monitor income and expenses across operational sectors
- Maintain accurate booking records
- Process platform invoices and arrange payments
- Collect payments from Rental and Maintenance departments
Furnishing Department Support
- Track quotations, orders, and completed sales
- Monitor financial performance and related documentation
Corporate Standards & Administration
- Maintain accurate records in CRM (Bitrix24)
- Prepare regular reports for management
- Follow company procedures and internal policies
- Support colleagues during absences when necessary
- Execute tasks assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, financial administration, or a similar role
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience working with CRM systems is an advantage
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Readiness to work from our office in Budva, Montenegro
