Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Faculty Administrator based in Budva. The Faculty Administrator will oversee day-to-day administrative operations and support the work of the Faculty. Responsibilities also include maintaining records and documentation, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and internal regulations, providing organizational support for meetings and academic events, assisting in marketing and outreach activities, and managing communications between key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong command of English, Montenegrin and Russian
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with diverse groups
Confident user of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Experience in administration, office management or project coordination
