Job Description
Lazure Hotel & Marina is looking for a responsible and energetic
Pool Attendant to join our team and contribute to providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Pool Attendant, your role will be crucial in ensuring a clean and safe pool environment.
Responsibilities
Pool Maintenance and Preparation:
- Regular cleaning of the pool (removing debris from the surface, walls, and pool floor).
- Monitoring water parameters (pH levels, chlorine, temperature) and recording results.
- Reporting any irregularities or technical issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of filters and filtration systems in cooperation with the technical team.
- Ensuring the tidiness of the pool area.
- Monitoring water quality and promptly notifying the supervisor and technical team of any concerns.
Guest Assistance
- Helping guests find available lounge chairs and umbrellas.
- Providing guests with information about pool facilities and explaining usage rules.
- Ensuring excellent service and guest comfort during their time at the pool.
Safety And Collaboration
- Following pool safety protocols and assisting in emergency situations.
- Communicating with the technical team regarding daily activities and pool requirements.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient pool operations.
Compliance With Standards
- Adhering to hotel standards and procedures related to pool operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work as part of a team with strong communication skills.
- Friendly and professional approach to guest service.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different situations.
- Basic knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
