Position Overview
Lazure Beach Club is looking for a professional, energetic, and responsible Beach Bar Supervisor to support the daily operations of our beach and beach bar service.
We are seeking a person who understands the importance of exceptional service, teamwork, and attention to detail, and who will contribute to the elegant, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.
The Beach Bar Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the team and overseeing the quality of service on the beach and within the beach bar area, with the goal of ensuring smooth operations and achieving the highest level of guest satisfaction throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the daily operations of the beach and beach bar team
- Supervise service quality and ensure compliance with hotel and beach club standards
- Maintain active presence on the floor and support the team during service
- Ensure outstanding guest experience by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns
- Monitor the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the beach club area
- Motivate and guide the team while maintaining a positive and professional working atmosphere
- Collaborate closely with the Beach Bar Manager and F&B Manager to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and operational procedures are properly followed
- Oversee beach and beach bar setup before the start of service
- Maintain effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure seamless daily operations
