Role Description
This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator, located in Podgorica with the flexibility to work partially from home. The Sales Coordinator will oversee the daily coordination of sales activities, provide exceptional customer service support, and assist in the execution of sales operations. Responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, maintaining accurate records, creating reports, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and the sales team. The role also entails contributing to the development and optimization of sales processes to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Coordination, Sales, and Sales Operations
- Experience in providing excellent Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with the media and entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
