JUGOPETROL AD, part of HelleniQ Energy Group, a leading company in the field of wholesale and retail of oil and oil derivatives in Montenegro under the EKO brand is looking for motivated and proactive candidates for the position:
Compliance Officer
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements;
Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on compliance-related obligations and necessary actions;
Conduct compliance and risk assessments, identify potential risks and recommend corrective measures;
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies and Group standards;
Monitor and report compliance issues, investigate potential breaches and conflicts of interest, and recommend appropriate actions;
Perform the role of Data Protection Officer (DPO);
Deliver compliance training and promote awareness of compliance and ethical standards across the organization;
Cooperate with internal departments, external advisors and the Group Compliance function to support effective compliance management.
Requirements:
University Education in Law;
At least two years of experience in compliance, legal or risk management;
Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks;
Strong analytical and communication skills;
High level of integrity, discretion and attention to detail;
Proficiency in English and MS Office.
