Rivora– Ride Montenegro is an upcoming ride-hailing platform launching soon in Montenegro. Inspired by modern mobility solutions, our mobile application will connect drivers and passengers through a safe, reliable, and user-friendly system. We are currently building our core team ahead of the official app launch.
Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Montenegrin and English. The ideal candidate will support both drivers and passengers during and after the launch of our mobile application, ensuring a smooth and high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-app chat
- Assist passengers and drivers with registration, ride requests, and payment issues
- Handle complaints professionally and provide timely solutions
- Support users during the app launch period
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback
- Work closely with operations and technical teams
- Being able to physically go to the scene in emergencies, regardless of whether it's by bus, car, or bicycle.
Requirements
- Fluency in Montenegrin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Availability for flexible shifts if required
