Role Description
This is a full-time Associate role based on-site at our office in Podgorica. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and supporting clients in compliance and regulatory matters. The role involves working closely with clients from various sectors, participating in transactions, and ensuring the highest quality of legal support. Collaboration with a team of experienced attorneys will be a significant aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Advanced legal knowledge, including proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and compliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Experience or knowledge in litigation, corporate law, or regulatory matters is an advantage
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; attorney license preferred
- Proficiency in legal software and tools is beneficial
