Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician based in Podgorica, Montenegro. The IT Help Desk Technician will provide first-level technical support to users and help maintain our IT environment. The ideal candidate has basic hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration and can communicate clearly in English.
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and user access issues
● Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in Active Directory
● Perform basic administration tasks in Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, mailboxes)
● Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, email, and common business applications
● Document incidents, solutions, and procedures
● Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when needed
Requirements:
● Basic knowledge of Active Directory
● Basic experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center
● Understanding of Windows operating systems and general IT troubleshooting
● Fluent English (spoken and written)
● Good communication and customer service skills
Nice to Have:
● Previous IT support or help desk experience
● Familiarity with ticketing systems
