- Create and execute targeted outreach campaigns to HNW individuals
Market Expertise:
- Become the go-to expert on Montenegro's legal framework, taxation, and investment advantages
- Stay current on market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with legal and financial partners to structure optimal client solutions
- Provide market intelligence and investment analysis to clients
Sales Excellence:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (€2M+ annual volume expected)
- Maintain CRM system with detailed client interactions and pipeline management
- Coordinate property viewings, due diligence, and transaction completion
- Ensure exceptional client experience throughout the entire process
What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements:
- 5+ years proven success in luxury real estate sales or international investment advisory
- Fluency in English + German/Russian/French (additional languages highly valued)
- University degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- Strong network in luxury real estate, wealth management, or international business
- Track record of closing high-value transactions (€500K+ average deal size)
Preferred Experience:
- International real estate markets and cross-border transactions
- Residency/citizenship by investment programs
- Relationship with HNW individuals, family offices, or institutional investors
- Experience with European legal and tax frameworks
- Previous work in emerging markets or tourism destinations
