Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant, located in Podgorica. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing schedules, organizing files, and coordinating meetings. Additional duties include handling correspondence, preparing reports, and providing support to different departments as needed. The Assistant will also assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Administrative skills including scheduling, organizing files, and meeting coordination
- Communication skills for handling correspondence and preparing reports
- Basic Computer skills including familiarity with office software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
- Experience in a related role or industry is beneficial
