BUSINESS ACTIVITIES

You should set up your own client portfolio and you will be the main point-of-contact to your clients of Corporate, Association and Event Planners with the aim to source the best hotel or event location for their events. Your clients can be local or worldwide, no limitations.

As Hotels (Venues) & Events Associate (Consultant), you:

Set up your own client portfolio and source with follow up prospect potential company clients
Select and present the most suitable Hotels & Venues to your clients with the best possible conditions with a strengh of HelmsBriscoe global purchasing power under support of HB Connect worldwide Hotel & Venue database which connecting directly to each Hotel & Venue itself.
Support the client in the decision-making-process
Negotiate the best rates and conditions for your clients on behalf
Review the contract on behalf of the client with the Hotel & Venue
According to type of the organization, you may also use some services of suppliers such as DMCs, event management companies, audio-visual suppliers by our Approved Suppliers database for your client

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Ideally, you possess the following skill set:

Hotel Contract negotiations
Commercial and administrative
Strong sense of customer service
Background in hotel sales, DMC, association, and corporate event planning
Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
Autonomous way of working and team player
