About this opportunity:
Ericsson is currently looking for an experienced Domain Support Specialist, responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of the client’s billing systems and related applications in line with the Managed Services contract.
You will be responsible for Billing system:
- Working on billing and charging nodes
- Fault management and troubleshooting
- Preventive maintenance, performance analysis, backup verification, and ensuring SLA KPIs
- Change management, system integrations, reconfigurations, and customer support.
- Coordinating with third-party technical support
- Preparing regular and ad-hoc technical reports
- Maintaining documentation and analyzing real-time statistics
- Collaborating with other departments
- Participating in on-call rotations
The skills you bring:
- Billing systems expertise (architecture, operations, maintenance)
- Telecom IT/NW knowledge (integration with other network elements and platforms)
- Fault management & troubleshooting (root-cause analysis, incident resolution)
- Preventive and problem management processes
- Change management (implementing integrations, modifications, reconfigurations)
- Performance analysis (system KPIs, traffic, alarms, real-time statistics)
- Backup and recovery procedures
- Ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, Remedy, or client-specific systems)
- Basic scripting/automation (nice to have: Python, Bash, SQL)
- Understanding of SLA/KPI frameworks
