Position: Housekeeping Staff
Employment Type: Full-time, Year-round
Location: Resort guest rooms and shared facilities
Overview:
A professional and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member is needed to support the daily cleaning and upkeep of guest accommodations and communal areas within a high-standard resort environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in hospitality and a commitment to cleanliness, service, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas in line with resort standards
- Prepare rooms for guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all amenities are replenished and organized
- Keep hallways, lobbies, lounges, and other public spaces tidy and presentable
- Promptly report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols
- Support laundry services and maintain cleaning supply inventories
- Deliver polite, professional service to all guests during interactions
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Must speak English
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Willing to relocate alone (single status)
- Open to Latin American applicants
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: €900 NET per month
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 1 day off per week
- Contract: 1 year with potential for renewal
- Shared staff accommodation provided (private room)
- Two meals provided daily: breakfast and lunch
- Work permits and round-trip flights covered by the employer
