Noblewood Adriatic - a producer, exporter and a distributor of alcoholic beverages, located in Nikšić, Montenegro, part of the international Noblewood Group, is looking for a:
Logistics manager (in Nikšić)
Main responsibilities:
- Client's support (B2B) - handling all issues re product range, logistics procedures, shipping documents etc,
- Creating orders in CRM system in accordance with commercial and production team,
- Direct communication with customers about their requirements for import of spirits and POS material at the destination (like excise stamps, labels, certificates etc),
- Coordination of customs clearance and transportation for import of raw materials and export of spirits and POS materials,
- Keeping records on all shipping documentation in internal controlling system,
- Follow logistics expenses and reporting about it,
- Day to day communication with operations team (procurement, production, planning),
- On time reporting to superior manager,
- Proactive approach in communication both with suppliers and customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- Good knowledge of excel;
- Good communication skills, stress resistance, team player.
