Job Title: Head of Marketing, Residential and Operations

Salary: up to €95,000 + bonus

Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead marketing initiatives for luxury residential developments, marina berth sales, hospitality, and rental management. This role is pivotal in driving lead generation, brand positioning, and revenue growth across multiple business streams, focusing on high-net-worth individuals and international investors.
The successful candidate will develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, manage brand development, oversee digital campaigns, and collaborate with sales teams to maximize conversion rates. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Monitor global market trends, identifying key opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
- Oversee brand strategy and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Drive customer engagement through creative storytelling, digital content, and strategic partnerships.
Campaigns & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, PR, print, and events).
- Oversee SEO, PPC, social media strategy, and digital content marketing to optimize conversion rates.
- Manage third-party marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce, Pardot, Lucky Orange, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ensuring data-driven optimization.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Collaborate with the residential and marina sales teams to enhance lead generation and nurturing strategies.
- Develop and manage co-marketing partnerships with luxury brands, sales agents, and strategic introducers.
- Oversee email marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring targeted outreach to high-net-worth individuals
Creative & Content Management
- Develop compelling marketing materials (brochures, website content, social media assets, and videos).
- Manage the company website, blog, and digital platforms, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Lead content creation for luxury residential and marina marketing, catering to high-end clientele.
Event & Stakeholder Engagement
- Plan and execute luxury lifestyle events, exhibitions, and networking initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders to drive PR and outreach.
Budget & Performance Management
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, providing regular performance reports and insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury real estate, waterfront developments, hospitality, or marina industries.
- Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, etc.).
- Ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns targeting high-net-worth individuals.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with experience managing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Turkish or Russian are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required for events, partnerships, and international networking.
