LEADER PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (m/f/d)
You will:
- Implement partnership strategy to build alliances and collaborations with external stakeholders including pan-regional and corporate and affinity solutions development
- Design and support pan-regional servicing concept and process
- Establish sales targets and KPIs to measure effectiveness of partnership development
- Lead conduction of research and analysis of market trends regarding partnerships
- Maintain relationships with existing partners, serving as primary point of contact
- Facilitate communication and coordination between partners and internal teams
- Lead execution of partnership agreements, including defining roles and responsibilities, establishing performance metrics, and outlining governance structures
- Evaluate partnership performance to assess impact and identify areas for improvement
- Lead Agile Project Team Partnership Development fostering culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Implement training programs and conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions
- Drive continuous improvement of partnerships, leveraging feedback and performance data
- Lead evaluation of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies for internal processes

You have:
- At least Bachelor’s degree – economic or related field
- Prior experience in insurance, preferably in corporate and affinity
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
- Experience in identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships with external stakeholders to develop joint initiatives
- Insurance tech knowledge and skills driving industry solutions market trends
- Strong strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with focus on engaging with diverse stakeholders, building rapport, and negotiating win-win partnerships
- Excellent English knowledge - spoken and written
