As an
IB Support Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s partners, optimizing operations, and contributing to its continued success in the trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective communication with partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Collect and analyze data from various teams to drive strategic decision-making.
- Onboard and integrate partners into internal systems efficiently.
- Prepare detailed reports to support business strategies.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for accuracy.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Proficient in managing and analyzing data.
- English fluency at an upper-intermediate level (B2+), both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in Affiliate Marketing with a solid understanding of industry practices.
- Familiarity with Forex trading or a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
