Reazy is building the all‑in‑one platform that lets restaurants and hospitality venues manage reservations and guests—plus launch no‑code customer apps—without the headache. We serve independent eateries through to multi‑location groups across Europe.
Why this role exists
We’re ready to accelerate growth and need a hungry, consultative salesperson to bring new restaurants and hospitality partners onto Reazy. You’ll be the face of our go‑to‑market motion, turning warm inbound interest and your own outbound prospecting into long‑term, happy customers.
What you'll do
- Prospect & qualify – Identify decision‑makers at independent restaurants, regional chains, and hospitality groups; book discovery calls.
- Run high‑impact demos – Tailor live product walkthroughs that highlight ROI and operational wins for GMs and owners.
- Own the full sales cycle – Proposal, negotiation, close, and hand‑off to Customer Success.
- Hit & exceed quota – Consistently reach monthly MRR and activation targets.
- Be the market’s voice – Feed product and competitive insights back to the Reazy team to sharpen positioning.
What success looks like after 6–12 months
- 25–30 net‑new restaurant customers closed each quarter.
- 90 % of closed deals go live on the platform within 30 days.
- Reazy’s ICP/referral playbook is richer thanks to your feedback.
Must-have qualifications
- 1+ years’ B2B sales experience in SaaS or hospitality technology (POS, reservation or ordering systems, etc.).
- Fluent English (C1); any major European language is a plus.
- Confident with CRM (HubSpot or similar), outbound calling, and video‑demo tools.
- Growth mindset – eager to continuously learn new skills, new sales methodologies, and emerging tools (from next‑gen CRMs to AI‑assisted prospecting).
- Based in Montenegro and legally eligible to work there
Nice to have
- Network in the restaurant/hospitality scene.
- Experience selling into SMB/Mid‑market segments.
- Feel for UX and product‑led growth funnels.
Compensation & benefits
Base salary: €800 net per month (≈ €1 000 gross)
Commission: 10 % of each customer’s spend in Year 1, 5 % in Year 2, and 3 % from Year 3 onward – uncapped.
On‑target earnings (illustrative): Close 30 average‑size restaurants a year (≈ €90 monthly spend each) and you’ll earn roughly €1 050 net per month in Year 1; income scales as your book of business matures.
We review pay annually and accelerate commission multipliers for top performers.
