We are looking for HR Generalist to be based in Tivat (Montenegro). The resource will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like recruitment, organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves, crafting HR policies according to the company policies, ensure all employee records are up-to-date, as well as act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.
Main responsibilities
- Verifies HR policies and procedures ensuring their conformity with the labour law in Montenegro.
- Management of Employee Relations, contracts and reports. Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Supports furnishing the Payroll Office with all information necessary for the preparation of payroll and other calculations.
- Controlling staff time Management and monitoring leaves balances.
- Lead recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Administration of the Company’s HR System, and ensuring its smooth and accurate Operation and update.
- Implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems, and assist in identifying training and development needs.
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines
- Assists management in Occupational Health and Safety meetings and practices
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR
- Experience in HR in hospitality (ideally in restaurants and hotels)
- Good knowledge of the labour law of Montenegro
- Fluent in English
- Experience working with international companies.
- Flexible person with availability to adapt.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
