Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior VoIP Specialist to support, maintain, and troubleshoot our voice infrastructure. You will work with SIP-based systems, assist in deployments, and help ensure high-quality voice communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining VoIP systems (e.g., PBX, SIP servers)
- Monitor call quality and troubleshoot issues (latency, jitter, packet loss)
- Support users with telephony-related problems
- Work with network teams on firewall, NAT, and QoS configurations
- Help manage SIP trunks and endpoints (phones, softphones)
- Document configurations and procedures
Qualifications:
- Fundamental understanding of networking (IP, TCP/UDP, DNS)
- Basic knowledge of VoIP concepts (SIP, RTP)
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
