Job Overview
We are seeking an Online Reputation Management Executive (ORM Executive) to be responsible for the monitoring, protection, as well as improvement, of how our brand is perceived online across media outlets, social media, review platforms, forums, and online communities.
This role combines daily monitoring, and cross-team collaboration to maintain high trust levels, protect brand reputation, and drive positive sentiment in a dynamic and highly competitive market.
You'll work closely with the Marketing, PR, Customer Service and Compliance teams to identify potential risks early, respond proactively to community and other feedback, and to help maintain or enhance a positive public image that aligns with our values of transparency, fairness, credibility and innovation.
What Will You Do?
- Monitor the brand's mentions, comments, reviews and sentiment across important rating websites, social media channels or other online communities and ensure that appropriate action is taken whenever needed.
- Detect attacks, malicious comments, and other negative online reputation and report them while being part of the process to tackle them, whether through immediate corrective actions or by supporting a broader crisis management plan.
- Establish mechanisms to prevent and effectively deal with online reputation threats.
- Work closely with different departments in order to solve clients' issues and change their negative experience into a positive one.
- Analyze reputation factors and measure online brand reputation.
- Contribute to the brand's already-established impeccable reputation by regularly reviewing mentions about the Company's services from different outlets, including search engines, media outlets, social media and communities, blogs, forums, etc.
- Work with monitoring tools to track brand mentions, discussions, and sentiment in real-time.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in how the brand is presented online.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Requirements
Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an Online Reputation Management Executive or a similar digital marketing role.
- Excellent command of the English language. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Good time management and organizational abilities, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
