On behalf of our client, an international company, we are seeking a proactive and responsible candidate for the following position:
CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER
Podgorica - Ref.No. 8808
Main tasks and responsibilities:
· Manage construction and reconstruction projects from planning phase through execution to final handover
· Coordinate and oversee the work of external designers, contractors, and supervision teams
· Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality of construction works to ensure successful project delivery
· Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, technical, safety, and environmental requirements
· Review and coordinate technical documentation, drawings, and project specifications
· Conduct regular site visits to supervise construction activities and ensure adherence to standards and plans
· Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and cost efficiency
· Maintain effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders
· Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met
· Support project completion and handover by ensuring proper documentation and technical compliance
Requirements:
· University degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in construction or project execution
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
