Key responsibilities are managing all front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring professional communication with domestic and international guests, operating the hotel management system (reservations, billing, reporting), handling guest requests and basic complaints efficiently, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and maintaining high standards of presentation, documentation, and daily operational reporting.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel front desk role
Excellent level of English (spoken and written)
Strong working knowledge of hotel management systems and computer skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Professional attitude, reliability, and customer-oriented mindset
Willingness to work in shifts
