Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day coordination of office activities to maintain a productive and well-organized workplace.
- Act as the main point of contact for office-related matters, supporting both local staff and international partners.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Monitor operational needs of the workspace and anticipate requirements to keep the office running efficiently.
- Support administrative processes and collaborate with finance and leadership teams on routine operational matters.
- Assist with travel coordination, including arranging flights and related logistics when required.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming environment aligned with company standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration, operations, or workplace management.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) — mandatory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail.
