Role Description
For our client, Central European leader in the field of sales and distribution in B2B market for advertising and construction segments, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Podgorica. In this role , initially , you will lead sales operations, develop strategies to achieve revenue targets, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. In next phase, you will be responsible for all operations in the country as a Country general manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Set up and develop organization based on Group Business Model
- Responsibility including Sales, Purchasing, Operations, Administration, Finance in Domestic market.
- Sets strategic planning, implementation of best product portfolio & strong management systems in the B2B distribution field together with mother company management, it
- Focuses on competitive market, business development, assets and free to assist and grow the relationship value, revenues and improve range of clients.
- Setting up most efficient logistics solutions for local market
