That is why we are launching the UNIQA Talentship Program for Corporate Area – a one-year paid development program designed to grow the next generation of insurance professionals across the SEE region.
What does the program include?
The Talentship combines structured rotations across core insurance functions, exposure to sales channels and corporate roles, mentoring, and hands-on involvement in real business projects, offering a practical and end-to-end understanding of the insurance business.
Who are we looking for?
This opportunity is addressed to recent graduates and early career talent (0–1 year of experience) who are motivated to build a long-term career in insurance.

You have
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Finance, Business, Insurance, Law, etc.)
- 0–1 year of experience (recent graduate or early-career)
- English proficiency (min. B2)
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
