The Role: Video Editor (Mid-Level / Senior)

Job Description

Editing high-energy YouTube videos and social-first content that is punchy, engaging, and on-brand;
Creating content for podcasts, short-form social, and digital campaigns;
Working across a variety of client projects and brand styles;
Turning around high-quality edits quickly and efficiently;
Organize and manage digital assets, maintaining an efficient workflow and proper file storage;
Collaborating closely with producers, designers, and the wider Lazy Mountain team;
Perform basic quality control, checking for consistency, proper synchronization, and visual appeal;
Communicating directly with clients when needed;
Continuously looking for ways to improve content, add value, and raise the creative bar.
