Main Duties and responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Assistant Director of Sales & Marketing to join our leadership team at Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay Resort.
This role supports the Director of Sales & Marketing in driving commercial performance, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting sales strategy execution and revenue growth
- Managing key accounts and market segments
- Supporting team coordination, onboarding, and daily operations
- Participating in client meetings, site inspections, and industry events
- Supporting marketing initiatives and cross-department collaboration
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in hotel sales or a related commercial role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
