RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the daily operations of the SPA, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop the SPA team, including scheduling, training, performance management, and staff development.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), health and safety regulations, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Monitor service quality and continuously improve the guest experience.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize SPA revenue through treatments, retail sales, promotions, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Monitor departmental budgets, expenses, inventory, and operating costs while achieving financial objectives.
- Prepare operational, financial, and statistical reports for Hotel Management.
- Oversee SPA reservations, retail operations, inventory control, and stock management.
- Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of SPA facilities, equipment, and operational supplies.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with the Engineering Department and external contractors.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Department to promote SPA services and wellness programs.
- Analyze guest feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for service improvement and business development.
- Maintain accurate operational records, supplier documentation, maintenance logs, and guest information.
- Ensure all incidents, accidents, and safety concerns are properly reported and documented.
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment within the SPA team.
- Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Hotel Management within the scope of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a SPA, wellness center or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
- Proven experience in budget management, revenue generation, and cost control.
- Excellent knowledge of SPA operations, wellness services, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Strong sales, upselling, and revenue optimization skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SPA management software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company operating procedures.
